Nature,

Trees, rivers, mountains, skies, oceans, animals and planets exist without language. Only human beings have language, with which we describe everything. Without Embodied Language (EL), nature doesn’t even seem to exist or have any importance, but with our common language, which is Disembodied Language (DL), we deny that nature exists and that we ourselves are nature, in spite of our stupid way of dealing with language. EL is our nature, we just don’t know it yet and that is why it is making us so incredibly happy. Our Language Enlightenment (LE) brings out our self-nature. However, our LE requires another way of dealing with language than we are used to.

Although you mechanically engage in DL, every day, because everyone, unknowingly, says to you: DL is in your nature and isn’t something that is ever going to change, you can change it, quickly and effortlessly. If you take some time, to speak – alone – out loud with yourself and listen, to the sound of your voice, you will first hear your DL, but if you tell yourself, the opposite of what you’ve been told – that it is not in your nature, to speak with a voice, which you yourself, now that you listen to it, don’t like – you will find, to your own big surprise, you can easily stop your DL and have EL. Your nature wants to express itself.

People say dumb things about nature, because they don’t have the language, to say anything intelligent about it. For instance, if someone does something nice, we would say: part of it was simply his nature and that part is sweet and selfless. There is no such thing as being a part of nature, because it is whole. Only a language, which expresses our wholeness can express our nature, but as long as we talk about this or that part, we are divided and fragmented.

We all, unconsciously, have the notion – which is our own neurotic, stressful, restless,  distracted and frustrated experience – that nature is constantly being threatened and violated. People worry a great deal about climate change, but they have no clue at all, about the toxic atmosphere they keep creating, for themselves and for others, with their language. DL, is our common way of talking, which sets the stage for how we mechanically deal with language. As the world goes to hell in hand-basket and we are all awaiting impending doom, we still stubbornly claim, that nature will find a way to deal with it. Few people even dare to admit, that nature doesn’t have any purpose. How are we supposed work with, instead of against, nature, if we don’t even acknowledge, that our language determines all our other behaviors?

It is certainly in my nature, to share with you, what I have come to know. My EL has revealed my LE and I am convinced, you could also be as happy as I am, but your unnatural DL has to stop. Forget about all the other so-called threats and consider the threat, which you, unknowingly, keep imposing on yourself and others, by how you normally sound, whenever you speak. Although it is natural, to react to any kind of threat with a fight-flight-freeze response, you can understand, that such a mobilization-response is the foundation for your DL. Therefore, unless you create an aversive-free environment, there cannot be and there will not be any EL. To be able to have EL, you must go against your nature and stop being busy with your constant arousal about all the negativity, which is created, spread and kept alive by your DL.

Your EL illustrates, you can overcome your nature, which is to be fearful in the face of threats. You become courageous, if you don’t cave in, as you usually do with  DL, and react to everything that is negatively affecting you. In fact, you grow up intellectually and become mature. Certainly, because you understand your own nature, you are able to finally acknowledge, what you need, to be and to stay happy, that is, what you need, to feel safe and protected. Forget about all this DL-bullshit about getting out of your comfort-zone and become pragmatic about your need, to be and to remain, in your comfort-zone, so that you can have ongoing EL.

If a plant cannot live according to its nature, it dies, and the same is true for you. DL cannot provide you the nourishment, you need, to be and to stay healthy. While you keep losing yourself and going overboard, seeking – what, in DL, is derogatorily called – instant gratification, with unhealthy stuff, you feel awkward about your real need for wellbeing and relaxation. You may still be somewhat alive, but you live like a zombie, with your primitive DL. You try, but can’t deny, your own need for immediate stability and peace. In EL, human nature is expressed by your own language, rather than by some fanatic belief.

In DL, someone is said to have a sunny nature, but it is not in someone else nature, to smile, presumably. This nonsense has been going on forever and it was your DL, which has perpetuated such crap. Every person can smile and every person can cry, but only if our EL informs us, that this is human our nature. Our usual way of dealing with language – which is not, as we believe, what we think – is caused by our DL, which is inhuman, as it goes against human nature.

Nature and your so-called mind are incompatible. You either have one or the other. With DL ,you have the latter, but with EL, you experience and express your nature. Moreover, since you are used to having DL, you are used doing all kinds of unnatural things, which create nothing but problems for you. Your ridiculous belief in your mind, as well as your self-defeating obsession with what you call thinking, is the effect of your almost permanent involvement in DL. It disappears like snow melting in the sun, when you engage in EL. Mind is really an illusion created by your own language.

Lastly, there is – of course, only with DL and it really makes no difference at all, whether it is educated or uneducated DL – still this meaningless debate going on about the different influences of nature and nurture. We read in some textbook, in spite of the statement that the nature of organisms is the most important factor in variation, the tendency among evolutionists has been to take much more account of the influence of external conditions. This issue about external and internal conditions refers to how we use our language, that is, how we, in DL, separate ourselves from our environment. It means, quite literally, that the speaker separates him or herself from the listener, who is not the speaker.

You can hear my songs about DL, EL and LE on my You Tube channel. I have also recently recorded some of my spoken elaborations about it and intend to do this more often. Just type in my name Maximus Peperkamp and it will show up. Let us talk, so we can stop our DL and enjoy our LE with our EL. Have a wonderful Thursday. My skype name is limbicease

Experience,

I just did something, I very rarely do. Every time I came up with a new title for this piece of writing, it turned out, I had used that title before. I was curious, what I had written, so, I reread four of my previous texts and recommend everyone to also read those texts or to read them again, because they are really fantastic. I didn't know, I could write so well. And, I also had to laugh so much at my style, which is my own experience and so straightforward.

I plan to make some videos soon in which I will read aloud from my own work. But, if you are curious about which text I am talking about, you can easily look it up. If you enter the word meaning, always, now or again in that box at the top left of my blog, the text will appear, which I just read with such great pleasure. It is something completely different from what others say or write, because I always write and speak only from my own experience.

I also just read some of the news. Biden is in Israel. He hugged Netanyahu and said: we have many things to overcome. Things??? Come on man! Why isn't he saying problems??? He believes, he can mollify reality by calling them things...I have a very different approach to life. I no longer have any problems to overcome because I have articulated, explored and solved them all with my Embodied Language (EL). Yes, and  I claim, anyone can do this, but it is impossible to have EL as long as we identify with some ideology. EL is not a belief or an ideology, but a possibility that has become reality in my life. If you read my texts, you cannot ignore that and you can no longer continue to claim that your faith or theory helps you to live a happy and satisfied life.

Your experience is more important than your explanation about your experience, because you  interpret everything with your Disembodied Language (DL). It is your usual use of language that determines what meaning you give to your own experience. Thus, simply put, your experience is unimportant and you live a meaningless life. You can continue to claim, that what you experience is indeed important, but when I listen to the sound of your voice while you speak, all I hear is your fear, struggle, pain, anger, sadness and powerlessness. You don't want to and you can't even listen to me, because when I speak, I produce a sound to which you have closed yourself off. Recognizing this fact is your only chance of having EL. You don't have to keep doing what you have already done and of which you already know the negative results. And, yes, your own experience is always new.

With continuing EL, your explanation of your experience is just as important as your experience itself, because your language no longer distorts, hides or eliminates your experience. You are used to having DL and to believing that something is your experience, which in reality is not your experience at all. Your authentic experience can only make itself known, when you have stopped with your pushy DL. So if, you really reflect on your own experience for a moment, your DL will also pause for a moment and then you experience and say something new about what you are experiencing.

You can, at any time, reinterpret your experience – with your EL – and give new meaning to your life. There is no way that you would fantasize this, because you listen to yourself and you hear your own experience of well-being in your EL. Language is no longer something that merely happens to you involuntarily just like that – your so-called mind –  but something you do consciously, voluntarily and, therefore, skillfully. DL is mechanical, unconscious, unnatural and, above all, incorrect use of language, which leads to nothing but disaster.

If we consider only the word experience - instead of our own direct experience - we are immediately reminded, that we have always had good or bad, deep or superficial, continuous or sudden, the same or new experiences. In DL, our language is never aligned with our experience in the moment and so we are constantly adding the past to what we are experiencing now. Only in EL are we truly able to put the right words to our deeds and to continue to view our experience as new, because of our skillful, dignified, certain, clear use of language.

Ervaring,

Biden is in Israel. Dingen??? Kom op man!

Jou ervaring is nieuw.

Violent,

Although everyone, unconsciously, engages every day, almost continuously, in Disembodied Language (DL), our common, expected, troublesome way of dealing with language is inherently violent. Yes, it is violent, to speak and not to hear oneself and expect others to listen. Our attention-demanding way of talking determines how we deal with our language and sets the stage for all other behavior. In effect, how we sound, while we speak, creates the chaos and the problems, we haven’t been able to address and solve. Violent behavior isn’t the solution, but our violent language keeps such behavior going.

It is astonishing, we still haven’t acknowledged, that all our violent behavior, is caused by and, therefore, preceded by our language. Therefore, to decrease violence, we must decrease our participation in DL. You would hope, our psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists,  teachers, doctors, scientist and leaders, should be able to acknowledge this, but none of them do. Nowadays, there’s a lot of talk is going on about hate-speech, which, presumably, sets the stage for violent acts, but not a word is ever said about our usual DL, in which a speaker hierarchically separates him or herself from the listener and thus, sounds coercive and violent. Supposedly, we are allowed to be violent and we justify our violence, because, presumably, we are more important than others, better than others or holier than others. All religions are maintained by DL and preach violent nonsense. They distort our use of language and in doing so, take away our freedom. Instead of having Embodied Language (EL), we live in superstitions.

Our punitive involvement in DL is involuntary and antithetical to any sense of individuality. We merely get to mechanically act out our conditioning history  and nobody seems to notice, that we are actually violent, when we say, that we think or have a mind, as we constantly force something on ourselves and on each other. We are only able to stop our violent belief in thought, if we stop our DL and engage in EL. When we do this, we don’t transcend our mind, but we fully acknowledge, it never really existed.

The violent, false and utterly foolish notion, that we think or must think, is based on fear, which could never disappear, as long as we continued with our DL. Once our use of language is based on our own wellbeing, our fear is gone and our language is no longer working against us. Also the idea of having positive, empowering, non-violent thoughts is pure bullshit. In EL, we use our language correctly. All our attention only goes to our overt actions, such as our speaking, listening, writing and reading and not to violent, repressive, imaginary inner, private speech.

With DL, we have kept our fear going, by our belief in a non-existent mind. We fear to use language for our own benefit, as we have been punished for this over and over again. There is no support anywhere for our EL. Only if we take time, to talk calmly out loud with ourselves and listen to ourselves, can we step out of our stress, anxiety, frustration, confusion and dissatisfaction, which we experience, due to our participation in our usual DL. Only then, do we stop being violent and undermining to ourselves.

Since we have never addressed – for ourselves – the great difference between DL and EL, all our efforts to, supposedly, improve our communication, were, paradoxically, making us more violent. Rather than addressing and stopping our DL altogether, we got endlessly carried away by meaningless hair-splitting, as we invented issues like micro-aggressions. These, presumably, subtle, verbal or nonverbal behaviors, which can be conscious or unconscious, are directed at a member of a marginalized group and have a harmful, derogatory effect. What we are attempting to talk about, however, is DL, but addressing DL with DL, only makes things worse, as it creates more DL.

When DL is confronted with more DL, there is war. This war can be fought with weapons and language can be weaponized. Surely, when someone like me, who knows very well, what is DL and what is EL, engages – albeit unwillingly – in DL with someone else, who has DL, he or she knows, that he or she engages DL, while the person, who doesn’t know  about the difference between DL and EL, doesn’t know, that he or she engages in DL. Thus, I can engage in DL and say and admit it is DL, because I am conscious of it, but you, who yet have to discern for yourself, the difference between EL and DL, you don’t know or you don’t even realize that you are unconsciously engaging in DL. I have stood my ground on many occasions, but I no longer do that, as people get immediately violent, when their DL is exposed. In all so-called debates or arguments, we are violent. Since we have never acknowledged this, our violent DL has continued unabated. Indeed, only someone knowledgeable and conscious, like me, is capable of stopping our DL and unless others are respectfully listening to me, we will never get to EL. I view myself as a pioneer or scientist, as I have come to know what nobody has been able to articulate.

Whenever someone – out of the blue –  commits a violent act, everyone is puzzled about how this could happen. However, all our violent behavior is always preceded by DL, that is, by violent language. The fact, that we refuse to look into it, doesn’t make it go away. Mankind’s blatant denial of DL causes enormous problems, as it always escalates in more violent behavior. EL, by contrast, truly paves the way for a different way of life, because a different way of dealing with language, effects all our other behavior. As we become capable of having EL, we eventually will stop all our violent, neurotic, self-defeating behavior, which were created and maintained by DL.

Our Language Enlightenment (LE) is our ability to have ongoing EL. We all know, when we say, we feel tired, we feel tired. In other words, our language refers to our experience and doesn’t contradict it. However, our experience of feeling tired, isn’t the same as saying we are feeling tired. As stated, there can be – for proper use of language, there ought to be – congruence between what we say and how we say it, between what we say and our experience. It is only during EL, that we are conscious about such congruence, but in DL we remain unconscious about the incongruence between our words and what our words actually refer to. Consciousness is a word that refers to the correct, happy, fulfilling way of using our language. Conversely, unconsciousness is the incorrect, problematic use of language. As long as there is fear, we are unable to use our language correctly. Thus, in LE, we have no mind or thoughts.

 World,

I live – psychologically speaking – in my own world and so does everyone else. Obviously, fire is as hot to me, as it is to you and, like you, I cannot perform any miracles. However, I care about different things, as I enjoy my Embodied Language (EL), but you stumble through life with meaningless Disembodied Language (DL). My world is based on my own truth, while your world is based on your imagination.

To have DL and to keep insisting, it is the only thing which matters, is very childish, because you demand attention. Surely, you are not asking me or others to approve of your happiness, your wellbeing or your intelligence. To the contrary, in DL, everyone always only wants to drag others into their problems, their stress, their frustrations and their struggles. The only way to prevent this, is by having my own EL.

Most people are not allowed to enter my world, as they don’t want to know anything about EL. I used to believe, they could learn to have EL, but I have completely left this point of view. You cannot learn EL and there is no hope for you with your forceful, delusional, ugly DL. Indeed, everyone with DL is heading for disaster and I don’t want any part of it. I feel fortunate, I have somehow been able to acquire ongoing EL and I know very well what this involves.

The reason, I can continue with my blissful EL, while everyone else is doomed, by their miserable DL, is that, in spite of my flaws, I am enlightened. I seem to be making less and less mistakes, as I get older and to me, aging is a wonderful process, as things  keep on getting better and better. Moreover, this endless unfolding of being myself, happens without any effort. Such is my Language Enlightenment (LE).

You would begin to have EL too, if you believed me, that you are enlightened too. I know that you don’t believe me, as I myself couldn’t believe in anyone either, with my stubborn DL. With DL, nobody trusts anyone and, surely, nobody has faith in themselves. Only if you verbally acknowledge your own LE,  will you be able to have EL. You can’t have one without the other. You kept failing at EL and gave up on it, because due to your DL, your world is based on fear.

Your fearful use of language was never addressed by you, as you never talked out loud with yourself and listened to the sound of your fears. In other words, you have never talked with yourself and dissected your fearful sound from your fearless sound. Since your DL is grounded in fear, you have remained afraid of what you might say to yourself. If you did what you must do, to overcome your fear, you will stop producing DL, as you gain control of yourself.

Stopping your DL is easy, although you go against your own conditioning history. Gaining control of your language is a matter of paying attention to it. Once you admit, to yourself, that your language isn’t used by you, but, somehow, it is using you – as you hear yourself having a sound, which never really fits with you – you stop producing that sound and, then, you produce and experience, the sound of your EL.

The moment you switch from DL to EL or the other way around, your world totally changes. That is, you witness the immense power of having your own language, because you use it, to create your own world. You either create your own heaven or your own hell. Everyone with DL, unknowingly, lives in their self-created agony. I don’t do what others with DL do and I reap the positive results of my own EL, even though hardly anyone is ever interested in it.

I live in and stay in my own world and I don’t go out of it, to, supposedly, reach you anymore. This issue, that you can’t learn to have EL is very mysterious. All you can really do, is listen to someone like me, who has ongoing EL and realize, that by talking with myself, I am also talking with you and by speaking with my EL about my LE, I stimulate you to embrace your LE with your EL. The transmission happens or it doesn’t happen. If it doesn’t happen, you know that it didn’t happen, but if it happens, you know it does.

I invite you to speak, hear and experience your own truth, so that you create your own world and begin to live in your own reality. You are capable of doing that, but with your DL, you will continue to believe in superstitious nonsense. Your LE is realistic and your EL will let you know it is so. As a matter of fact,  you are the architect of your own world, whether you know it or not. With EL you create and maintain your world knowingly, skillfully and consciously, as your attention goes to your speaking and listening and to your writing and your reading about your speaking and your listening. With EL, you instruct yourself differently than with DL and the positive results of your EL will be instantly apparent to you.

Misinformation,

I don’t care about any of the definitions, which are given to us by those, who engage in Disembodied Language (DL), but misinformation, as far as I am concerned, isn’t part of the Embodied Language (EL) I stand for. You may be surprised to learn, that there is more misinformation and dangerous fad out there, than there is simple and factual information about what it is actually like, to use our language for our own individual benefit. I don’t mean to say, our  EL-happiness happens at the expense of others, as it  happens, in spite of the DL-unhappiness of others.

Unless we talk out loud with ourselves, to explore and enjoy our EL – instead of remaining involved in the energy-draining DL with others – we will not be able to have any EL with others. And, there is a lot of misinformation out there, about what it actually takes and what it is really like, to do our own thing or to even simply stay with ourselves. In DL, people argue endlessly about having so-called moral clarity, so that, presumably, we can be on the right side of history, with our support for this or that group, for the Israelis or for the Palestinians, for the Jews or for the Muslims, for Right-wing or Left-wing politics.

Although it is wonderful, that the U.S. Constitution heralds individual rights and freedoms, living free and pursuing happiness with DL, will continue to remain impossible. It is, therefore, written – and not spoken – misinformation, everyone is stuck with, because once we say and have conversation, about the great difference between DL and EL, it is crystal clear, that our unconscious, daily involvement in DL, contradicts our ideals of individualism and liberty.

Only when we have ongoing EL – and, consequently, determine our lives from the perspective, afforded to us by our Language Enlightenment (LE) – are we  able to live up to the idea, each person, indeed, is an end in him or herself, as he or she is innately capable of acting in favor of his or her wellbeing (which, everyone hopefully knows, is the animating principle of the U.S. Constitution). However, since everything we have, up till now, defined, was the inevitable result of our mechanical engagement in DL, we need to morally re-define – with our ongoing EL – what it is like to be and to live like an individual.

For instance, with EL – we would all agree, that we do not think, which is merely, what we imagine and say we do, because in DL, we can’t speak freely – but we would really talk out loud with ourselves and with each other, about what it is actually like, to act on our own conscience and interests and to live like an individual. Moreover, we would treat language in the same way, as we would consider government as our servant, who protects our individual rights to life, liberty and property. This is a re-interpretation and re-conceptualization of the Freedom of Speech. It is only our spoken, ongoing EL, which is going to be able to recognize and secure – again and again, because our violent conditioning history with DL isn’t ended by the stroke of a pen – the blessings of liberty, not a written Declaration of Independence, which stated, it was instituted to establish justice.

In DL, people maintain the claim, that lawyers and judges have an obligation to speak the truth, but in EL, there is no compulsion, yet there is total faith in one’s own embodied sound, which represents one’s wellbeing and forms the basis for how one talks. In EL, we catch ourselves each time we revert back to DL, because we sound very different, when we are pressured, anxious, frustrated, distracted, confused or sad. To counter the far-reaching and devastating effects of misinformation, as well as other bias, it is essential, we learn to discern between DL and EL.

Only with ongoing EL –  not, by merely having a few haphazard moments of it – will each individual be free and capable of living their lives independently, in the way they choose, because violating the rights of others, is simply out of question. Here we see a new role for the justice system, which is to educate about the benefits of EL and the injustice of DL. At this moment – due to our DL, which, until now, has never been properly addressed – there is great confusion about even the most basic premises of the American legal system. The fundamental issue at stake is not, as everyone is inclined to believe, a political one – of whether government will be held to account as our servant or our master or whether it exists, as the Declaration promises, to secure our liberty or whether each of us only exists to serve the goals of the state – but a linguistic one. Everything  always depended and continues to depend on how we use language or how we are used by language.

There is the court, there is the so-called court of public opinion and then, there is our own individual experience, which is not an opinion, but a reality for which we only find words, if we engage in EL instead of DL. According to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), people who suffer mental health problems, have cognitive distortions, that is, they are troubled by misinformation, which they unconsciously recite with their language. However, EL is not about taking out only some of the self-defeating, false concepts, as it is about stopping with our DL, because our DL and EL are mutually exclusive. With EL, our language is in full support of our individual experience and we no longer depend on our government for justice.

There are many misconceptions surrounding the  importance of our use of language. Misinformation is spread far and wide, due to our absurd refusal, to have EL with each other instead of DL. We rather fight wars and die – which may be a psychological war, in which we slowly die a spiritual death – than face the reality of how we use our language. We say that we have a mind, but what this basically implies, is, we are consumed and enslaved by our language. We childishly, obediently and unconsciously believe in lies and misinformation, perpetuated, generation upon generation, by our own DL, which isn’t some nefarious, imaginary, group-think, but a form of verbal, social contagion, we superstitiously repeat. The misinformation is in our own DL habit, which we first have to acknowledge, before we can stop it.

Teleurstelling,
