Ever,

I wonder, when is it ever going to happen, that people – who are into science, who are on TV, on the radio, who are into politics, into academia, into writing books and publishing articles, who are into advertising or into community organizing – are going to talk about the fact, that there is not and there has never been any language inside of us? If they do, they should definitely be talking with me, as I know how to create Embodied Language (EL), in which we can get clear about that. Without any doubt, our EL shows us, we don’t have any thoughts or a mind. All of this absolute nonsense was created and maintained by our Disembodied Language (DL), which wouldn’t allow us, to ever even question the assumption, that words and sentences can come out of us, which, supposedly, were first inside of us.

There never ever was any language inside of us and this idea, that it is possible, to express, overtly, what we previously, presumably, covertly, internally, quietly, were saying to ourselves, is an unintelligent, troublesome belief about our language. Fact is, our language didn’t happen in that way, although we keep on talking, as if this is how it occurs. Unless we are going to address this issue – in the name of our survival from the total madness – which is tearing us apart, there is no hope for mankind. If we are ever going to listen to ourselves while we speak and engage in EL with one another, we will witness an explosion of creativity, instead of the atomic bomb.

I know very well, it is considered heretic, to point out the immense difference between DL and EL and the fact, that nobody ever responds to my writing on this blog, illustrates what an enormous taboo it is, to have realized my Language Enlightenment (LE). Only someone, who is willing to admit, to himself or to herself, that he or she is already enlightened, can engage in EL. Stated differently, only someone, who is conscious about language – and, therefore, willing and capable of bringing all of his or her attention to how he or she speaks, listens, writes and reads – is going to reap the fruits of his or her actions. There is endless regret about everything we do, as long as we keep stupidly and unknowingly engaging in DL.

Negative feelings – about any topic – always refer to our own involvement in DL. When we take time, to speak with ourselves about our own experience and listen to the sound of our own voice, we can’t help but notice, we just don’t like to hear what we say. Commonly, we can’t stand listening to the negativity of others, but we hate it even more, to listen to our own frustration, anger, sadness, confusion or stress. However, if we continue to listen to ourselves, in spite of the fact, that we really don’t like what we are feeling, we would hear, that our voice, suddenly, changes and that we have switched from DL to EL.

Although this is not a miracle or some fantasy, when we shift from DL to EL, we are, all of a sudden, filled with delight and energy, because our language is working for instead of against us, even if it lasts only for a few moments. Of course, if we talk out loud with ourselves more often, EL goes on longer and it will take less time, to step out of our conditioning history with DL. Actually, we will witness the same, beautiful phenomenon, each moment, we manage to free ourselves from the conversation with others – which is mostly DL – and speak with ourselves and listen to our voice. In other words, by doing this, we create for ourselves the opportunity to engage in EL.

By exploring our own EL, we will acquire the skill to adjust our language to our happiness and success. It is quite apparent to us, this has nothing whatsoever to do with something imaginary inside of us, as we truly produce a different sound in DL and EL. Stated differently, our energy has changed and our ability to verbalize our own experience is very enjoyable and revealing. Furthermore, the self-knowledge we express in EL, creates a selection process, in which behaviors, which – like DL – were working against us, are no longer happening. We don’t do anything to change, as these changes happen by themselves, as we have started to use our language effectively.

While we discover and investigate EL on our own, at some point, we find ourselves capable of having EL with others. This is our most exquisite experience ever, as everything we have become aware of alone, is then reinforced by someone else, who, like us, has done their home-work. Engaging in EL with others is celebrating our LE together. There is only gratitude, after we were able to stop our DL and engage in EL.

Understandable,

Although it is perfectly understandable and obvious, there is absolutely no language anywhere inside of us, we have been conditioned to believe, we have a mind and that we have thoughts. In spite of the fact, that we know very well, there are no words in our brain, we talk – day in day out – as if it is possible to have an inner talk with ourselves. Surely, we only believe to have thoughts, because of how we deal with our language. How we deal with our language, is determined by how we talk, how we listen, how we write and how we read. More specifically, how we talk can be heard and how we write can be read and, therefore, has nothing to do with some covert conversation, supposedly, happening inside of us.

Since it is our Disembodied Language (DL), which makes us continue our belief in the falsehood, we have a mind and we have thoughts – which is as ludicrous as saying that we can fly – our Embodied Language (EL) is needed to debunk this fiction. Only with our EL, it is understandable, that our belief in the deeply problematic fantasy, that we can have thoughts or have an internal dialogue, was created and maintained by our DL, that is, by how we were conditioned to deal with language. Without EL, we can’t overcome or counter-act our DL-conditioning.

According to people who meditate, watching your mind or your thoughts, presumably, calms, clears or even dissolves the mind. This is said and claimed to be an inner process. It is understandable, inevitable and explainable, our so-called mindfulness is against us becoming more involved with our language, as that would be considered judgmental. However, when we discern the difference between DL and EL, we realize, our DL was always the reason, we didn’t and couldn’t accept and express, in our own words, in our own way, what we actually experience.

Rejection or misrepresentation of our experience and perception is always grounded in how we deal with our language. In what is known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), this fact is somewhat acknowledged, but it never could result in the exploration of or in any awareness about the great difference between DL and EL. Moreover, so-called cognitive restructuring is the biggest stand in the way for EL, as it prevents us from communicating our feelings. In effect, we tend to believe, we have troublesome, faulty, distorted thoughts, because we cannot express our emotions properly with our DL.

In EL, we can finally, easily, naturally, satisfyingly and most importantly, whole-heartedly, say what we feel and – low and behold – the veil of our imaginary, but overrated mind is suddenly lifted. However, we fall back into our habit of having DL, each time we stop engaging in EL. In DL, we don’t just assume we think, but we believe, we must think and in order to think, we should stop being preoccupied with how we feel. Attending to our feelings simply doesn’t make any sense, as long as we haven’t changed from DL to EL. As a matter of fact, as soon as we become capable of having EL, we let ourselves – rather than each other – know what we feel and this allows us to be very rational, practical and effective, as we only do what brings us good consequences and we will avoid doing anything that harms us.

In DL, our feelings are always diverted into some version of – or grandiose fantasy about – letting others know about how we feel. Therefore, in DL, we never let ourselves know how we feel. To do that requires EL, in which it becomes understandable to us, it is more important to talk with ourselves than to talk with others. We already have this ability, but we haven’t had the EL, to express this to ourselves.

Once we experience the tangible, instantaneous, positive consequences of our EL, we realize that our DL has always befooled us into believing that we have thoughts, because we didn’t verbalize our experiences correctly. The correct expression of what we experience is a tremendous revelation, as it brings to light our Language Enlightenment (LE). Funny how, we have always known this, but we didn’t yet have the right way of dealing with our language, to be able to affirm our own experience.

Everything that was wrong is set straight by our EL, which always expresses our LE. Each time we catch ourselves – seemingly thinking about something – we say it and hear it and, if we continue with our EL long enough, we will write about it and read it, like I do in this writing. So, instead of quietly witnessing our so-called mind, we speak, so that we can hear our fantasized inner thoughts. We become sure that we don’t have any thoughts, but we definitely have something to say. Moreover, as this writing on this blog repeatedly illustrates, you don’t need to listen to me, but to yourself, as only that initiates you into your EL. Of course, you can’t believe that your EL works and is really true, as your conditioning history keeps telling you: it is too good to be true. Your LE, expressed by your EL, dissolves that suspicion. Your EL makes it understandable, why you feel so good.

Know,

You can feel the immense difference between your Disembodied Language (DL) and your Embodied Language (EL) and if you would pay attention to this experience, you know you have always known about this difference, but you have never spoken about it clearly. Of course, you can only talk about the great difference between your DL and your EL, with your EL. In other words, you have to step out of your DL, before you can have EL and understand your DL.

Although your conditioning history makes it seem as if you can’t stop your DL, you know you can stop it and you need to trust your own knowledge, which was never supported or reinforced during your DL. Letting yourself know that you know – by speaking out loud alone with yourself, by instructing yourself and listening to the sound of your voice – is the only way to take back your language. Unless you do this, you will do – unknowingly and mechanically – the  opposite, by repeatedly telling yourself, that your language isn’t yours and that you don’t know how to stop your DL, let alone, how to engage in EL.

When you fear that things may go wrong, they will go wrong and you know this, because you already have had some EL. You have never acted on what you know, as you didn’t continue with your EL. The few, haphazard, lucky moments, you had some EL, happened because – even though you do this every day, with your DL – you cannot deny who you are. In fact, it is your natural way of being that is giving you hell, as you don’t have the language to express it.

When you take time to explore, admit and know the difference between your DL and EL, it becomes very clear, you were lying to yourself, about not knowing how to have EL. Surely, you were not lying because you enjoyed lying so much, but because you were punished for speaking the truth. Indeed, every time you were somehow able to have some EL, you were dismissed, abandoned and ridiculed. Moreover, you were abused, by those, who took advantage of your openness. Discovery of your EL, always goes hand in hand with recovery from your coerced, unconscious, effortful, superficial, unnatural involvement in DL.

While you already know what you know – in spite of the fact, that you don’t have the EL, to let yourself know that your experience is true – you don’t and can’t rely on it, because such specific knowledge, which is self-knowledge, is a taboo in DL. Obviously, your knowledge that you already know, goes against your cultural conditioning and if you try to let others know, they will, inadvertently, tell you, you don’t know, but they know and you should do as they do.

As long as you keep trying, to let others know what you know, it appears as if you don’t know, because they don’t want to know what you know, as they don’t dare to go against their conditioning. When you engage in EL – all by yourself – and begin to trust and act on your own experience, rather than do what you have been told, you gather courage to remain alone, because you stop trying to let others know what you know. In other words, it is because of your EL, that you are finally able to benefit from what you know. In DL, by contrast, your knowledge always put you in danger, as it depended on others.

Scientific knowledge and cultural superstition have always been at odds with each other. We cannot act on what we know, because our mechanical habits wouldn’t let us. It is unequivocally true, there is no language anywhere to be found inside of us and thus, what we call our mind or thinking, only refers to how we talk, listen, write or read. In DL, we don’t accept this and we basically, stubbornly and stupidly keep telling each other, that the earth is flat.

I write on this blog, because I speak with myself and I know what I know. I don’t struggle, to get approval for my DL-EL thesis from some academic committee, as my self-knowledge, is totally different from all other knowledge. I know what I know, I am able to know what I know and I can act on what I know, by writing this text, because I engage in EL, instead of DL. I am so happy, my EL has made me leave behind and has liberated me from, the phony, competitive, harsh world of academia and science of which I was a part for so many years. I have studied and I have taught Psychology, but nobody was interested in EL.

When we engage in EL, we know that we engage in EL, but when we engage in DL, we don’t know, that we engage in it, as we are overtaken by our history of conditioning. In science, a big deal is made about not being biased, but since everyone, unknowingly, keeps engaging in DL, nobody is able to address and talk about the bias of our way of using language. All attempts that were made to do this have failed, as we have never addressed the difference between DL and EL, although we have always known it. As long as we don’t listen to ourselves, while we speak, we can’t really observe and know, as we keep telling ourselves and each other utter nonsense. It is very problematic, that even our sciences continue to perpetuate our DL. I should receive a Ph.D. for my work, as everything I say is rock-solid. What I know makes a lot of psychological-psychiatric knowledge irrelevant, as it is literally based on hear-say. Most of what we believe to know has come about due to our involvement in DL. What we can come to know with EL is only for those, who have the integrity, courage and dedication to know themselves.

Great,

It feels great, to engage in Embodied Language (EL) and to have nothing to say, as I acknowledge, I don’t   want to say, what I have already said, as that would be another episode of Disembodied Language (DL). Therefore, my energy is regulated by how I deal with my language. I have as much energy as I do, because I stay away from DL. Most of my behavior is about staying away from DL. My involvement in EL, is only a small portion of the totality of my behavior.

I am able to happily continue with my EL, because I recognize and, thus, actively avoid DL. Moreover, my  active avoidance behavior is, proportionally, most of what I do. If I put a number on it, I would score my active avoidance behavior somewhere around 85%. My approach behavior is only 10% and my escape behavior is only 5%. In other words, I only approach what is beneficial to me. My need to escape, is kept at a minimum, as I am very good at avoiding danger.

The proportion (85:10:5), is an important number, which illustrates, how I function in my life. I don’t engage in and effortlessly avoid energy-draining DL, because I have experienced and fully admitted, it doesn’t do me any good. I basically don’t approach anything that is harmful to me and only come closer to people or circumstances, that support who I am.

It feels great, most of my attention, can naturally go to avoiding anything threatening. This is possible, as I verbally pay attention, to everything that asks my attention. I don’t believe there can be any language inside of me and having a mind or thoughts is of no concern to me, but whatever catches my attention, is verbally expressed by me, when I talk with myself.

It feels great, to take time, to say out loud to myself, whatever I can’t say to others, so that I can hear and feel exactly what it is. Most of what I am able to say and would like to say, would get me trouble, if I said it. I know what that is like and rather speak out loud with myself, as that protects and prevents me from saying and approaching dangerous situations, from which I would later have to escape. I have paid the price for carelessly saying, whatever I wanted to say, and I feel great peace, now that this compulsion has been redirected, because talking with myself really  became more important than talking with others.

Talking with myself is my active avoidance behavior, which is needed to be able to continue with my EL. I want to continue with my EL, because it feels great. EL is safe and it always has beneficial consequences. I can’t begin to sum up the many positive outcomes, I experience every day, which have made me aware about my priority: Language Enlightenment (LE) is the theme of my life and I express it with my EL.

I have a gong, which makes a wonderful resonant sound when I strike it. The sound is gone, if I place three pins on it. The gong sounds muffled with the pins on it, but when I take off these three pins, the gong’s original sound returns. This gong has told me  about my voice, which changes, due to three habits. I lose my authentic sound, if I don’t listen to myself while I speak. I wondered what made me forget, to listen to myself and came up with three reasons.

I engage in DL, every time I don’t listen to myself and when listening to others or others listening to me, is more important than me listening to myself. I don’t listen to myself while I speak, every time I get carried away by what I say. So, firstly, verbal fixation makes me forget my sound and my experience of how I say what I say. Secondly, there is always some kind of struggle for attention in DL. Today, on the radio, someone said: attention is currency. However, the attention I get in DL, is not the kind of attention I want. Such attention feeds negative behavior. This struggle is often said to be inward and outward, but this division between the so-called internal and the external environment – which are, of course, merely verbal constructs – is created and maintained by our DL. In EL, this tormenting division doesn’t occur. In EL, we experience a great sense of oneness, which dissolves our common, verbal inner-outer fantasy. I used to call the third pin, outward orientation, but it needs some more elaboration. I would call the third pin today: concept-confusion. Just because we talk about having a mind, doesn’t mean that it exists.

To reiterate, there are three reasons, why I didn’t listen to the sound of my own voice, while I speak: 1) I verbally fixate, 2) I struggle and 3) I am on guard because I am fearful and, thus, I am drawn outward. This so-called being distracted by our imaginary external environment, this being unconscious about our own verbal formulation of our inner selves and also, our great fear of not being heard, is caused by  DL, in which we fight and argue, to get each other’s attention, but don’t give any attention to ourselves.

If we admit the, as of yet, unacknowledged fact about DL – our usual way of talking – that speakers always demand the listener’s attention, we realize how immature and childish our usual way of dealing with our language is, in which speakers always try to dominate, exploit and manipulate the listener. I love my own, but also your EL, in which we can listen to ourselves and celebrate our LE together. Indeed, EL is like having a great party in honor of who we are.

Short,

In short, everyone can have Embodied Language (EL) and understand, that Disembodied Language (DL) has been mankind’s problem all along.

In short, your Language Enlightenment (LE), can only be expressed by your EL and you cannot be yourself, as long as you unconsciously engage in DL.

In short, your DL only stops, if you talk out loud with yourself and listen to your voice and discover that your EL is natural, effortless and self-evident.

In short, LE is being your own authority and makes you want to have EL, but you engage in DL, as you were conditioned to listen authority who isn’t you.

In short, most people don’t realize it, but DL, our usual way of talking, is on its deathbed, that is, our lives are slipping away, because we of how we talk.

In short, you haven’t talked with me, because you don’t want to admit, how much you lie to yourself, but if you listen to yourself, you will hear your EL.

In short, everything I say can and must be verified. It doesn’t matter, that what I say is true. What matters is, that you hear yourself say, that your EL is true.

In short, you don’t like to hear yourself and don’t care about yourself, as long as you speak with a phony sound, which doesn’t express who you are.

In short, the issue is not how to be yourself, but to speak with your authentic voice. You don’t like to hear yourself, because you do have a real voice.

In short, you stop your conditioning, when speaking with and listening to yourself, is more important than speaking with and listening to others.

In short, you will be alone, but free with your EL and you instantly recognize those few individuals, who, like you, continue with EL and express their LE.

In short, what you were told and have read about enlightenment, was always more of the same stupid DL, in fact, it was DL pretending to be EL.

In short, your LE requires another way of dealing with your language. In EL, you only say what you want to say and you rejoice in what is true for you.

In short, by writing every day about your LE with your EL, you will give yourself the instructions, to refrain from DL and to continue with your EL.

In short, you become the master of your own language, by bringing all your attention to your own speaking, listening, writing and reading.

Awake,

I feel happy, I have Embodied Language (EL), while everyone is so miserable, distrustful and frustrated,  because they can only have Disembodied Language (DL). I am awake and free, but everyone is asleep, confused and burdened. I live such a wonderful life and have everything I need. My language carries me into newness, health and energy. It really is such a great joy, to be awake and to simply be alive. I love my job, which allows me be very active, physically, so I can use my energy productively during the day.

One has to be awake, to be able to recognize, why DL – our usual way of talking – isn’t working. Unless one continues to have EL, it will never become clear why one, unknowingly, continues to be trapped by DL. People fight and argue and make all sorts of claims, but they never deliberately, skillfully and effortlessly stop their own DL and, therefore, they cannot afford to have any EL. Although, of course, they have a tiny little bit of EL, it just isn’t enough to remain awake.

Being awake and being asleep is a real thing, but it is also a metaphor. If one doesn’t have good sleep, one will have problems functioning during the day, but if one remains unconscious about how one uses one’s own language, one gets carried away, one drifts off into la-la-land and starts imagining things. I am not fantasizing about EL, but I am experiencing and relaxing in, what it is like to have it. I don’t write, every day, on my blog, about my EL, because I can’t have EL with you, because I can. And, I no longer feel – as I used to – abandoned by those, who don’t want to have EL with me, because in reality, I have abandoned them, as I don’t like to participate in DL.

I can be as attention-grabbing as anyone else, who engages in DL, but the attention I get with DL, is not the attention I want. Being awake means, I know the great difference between DL and EL. Anyone, who is awake, will do what they can, to stop their own DL, since it always has devastating consequences. You create more and more problems, with your DL. As you get older, it becomes more and more difficult,  to catch up with the fact that your life is a big mess. You will be awake, when you have some EL – even if it is only for short time – and you will witness all of mankind’s tragedy and drama. With DL, you cry and weep, you curse and complain, but DL isn’t about you, it is about the suffering of every human being.

Although Buddhists like to talk a lot about suffering in order to make it seem, as if they know more about it than others, who don’t follow their “ten thousand things”, the Dalai Lama him-self doesn’t know anything about EL and, therefore, he mainly engages, like everyone else, in DL. Instead of paying attention, to how they experience their own sound, while they speak, superstitious Buddhists – like any other religionists – waste their lives on studying the self, which is a verbal construct. The “ten thousand things”, in Buddhist parlance, refer to everything or all the so-called “dharmas”, which distract us from our enlightenment and from being awake. However, there is only DL which keeps us asleep. Also, none of the celebrity therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, professors, philosophers, writers, speakers, pundits, comedians and actors have a clue about EL, but they can be quite good at pretending to have EL, as they know how to exploit DL for their own advantage.

I am awake and don’t mind, that I am, apparently, the only one, who can say or write, what I say and write. Although I couldn’t believe it myself, it is true, I have, somehow, woken up and I am still surprised every day, it could happen, to someone as troubled as me. My EL has woken me up and shown me, that my Language Enlightenment (LE) – which is based on my speaking, listening, writing and reading – is the ultimate cure for all the spiritual dogma, that I myself was so unhappily involved in for so many years. I now go to sleep for another hour and then I will go to work. I feel satisfied to have written this.

Stillness,

Today, as I was driving to my work, I noticed a sense of stillness, I had not felt before. I drove the familiar route and I turned the corner. I had to stop for the red light. I got on the freeway and then, I arrived at my job. My beautiful experience continued and now that I have returned home from work, I realize, it remained with me, the whole day. I have the feeling it will never go away again. Everything is in place.

We will come to our stillness in one way and in one way only, namely, with our Embodied Language (EL). Stillness is the absence of language and yet only our EL will make us realize, silence only happens, if we are not speaking, listening, writing or reading. These four behaviors make language possible and without these four behaviors language doesn’t exist. Thus, our stillness happens, if we stop talking, listening, writing or reading. During Disembodied Language (DL) – which is our usual way of dealing with our language – we can never be still, as we keep being involved with speaking, listening, writing or reading. We talk about what is, presumably, on our mind or about what we, supposedly, are thinking, but the reality is, that we only talk, listen, write or read.

There is no such a thing as a mind, let alone, a quiet mind, as there is only talking, listening, writing and reading. Since this so-called mind or thought is only believed to be there, due to the particular way in which we speak, listen, write or read, there is no such a process as transcending our mind. However, it is, of course, possible to engage in another way of speaking, listening, writing and reading. In other words, we can definitely engage in EL instead of DL.

You cannot create or practice stillness, which only happens if you have been able to use your language correctly. Stated differently, your unrest, turmoil and noise, are created by our wrong, but common, use of our language. In DL, there is no serenity, tranquility or restfulness, because you assume, that speaking with and listening to others, is more important than speaking with and listening to yourself. During EL, we speak with and listen to ourselves, in the same manner, as we speak with and listen to each other. However, during DL, we speak with and listen to ourselves very differently from how we speak with and listen to each other.

There is no doubt about it: EL is the correct way of using our language, as it always results in stillness. Moreover, during EL, you speak from your stillness and when you are done speaking, your stillness is deepened and enriched. Unlike DL, the more you say, in EL, the more blissful you will be. So, although you cannot produce silence – which, by the way, is an illusion perpetuated by your DL – you can and  should stop your automatic, energy-draining DL.

Stillness cannot be cultivated and religious morons who continue to claim to do so, always make others walk on egg-shells. Moreover, their nasty, dumb, judgmental, demanding, superficial, manipulative, holier-than-thou behavior, is against language, as any attention to their language, would prove how phony, coercive and passive-aggressive they are. I have, because I grew up in a Catholic family, always hated the so-called silence of those, who others believed to be spiritual. I am reminded of the last words of a priest of the church, where we used to go. As a teen-ager, I secretively smoked some pot and was allowed to play my stoned melodies in the empty church. The old priest occasionally sat in the back and listened to my music. On his deathbed, he was in the hospital, on a breathing-machine and the pipes made an eerie, wheezing sound. He said in an almost inaudible fashion: now I too play the flute.

Stillness has no intentionality, in fact, it is the total absence of having any purpose. When people talk about this so-called quality of their so-called mental states (e.g. thoughts, beliefs, desires, hopes), they always speak about it – yes, they always say it, because their so-called thoughts, beliefs, desires or hopes, simply don’t exist without saying them – and what is said to go on in their head, is supposedly deliberately directed toward some object or state of affairs. They express this total hogwash, because they inevitably experience the predictable negative outcomes of their unconscious involvement in DL, which they don’t know how to stop. Stopping DL has nothing to do with imaginary thoughts, beliefs, desires or hopes, which were created by your DL.

There can be and there will be only stillness, once you courageously cut through all the bullshit and stop your own DL, so that you can finally begin to have some EL. DL and EL are mutually exclusive and your EL will show you, that this is an absolute fact. When EL is going on, DL has been stopped, but once DL takes over again – which, because of your history of conditioning, is to be expected – there can be no EL. Similarly, EL always goes hand in hand with your stillness, sensitivity and gracefulness, but shit hits the fan, everything that can go wrong will go wrong and your worst fears will come through, in your DL.

We have all heard about, talked about or read about or written about, the myth of the so-called stillness, that can be felt, while the chaos swirls around us. Yet, there is, of course, no stillness in the center of the tornado, in the eye of the storm, as this is – like our thoughts or our so-called mind – merely a figure of speech. However, it derives from DL, not EL. It is definitely not peaceful inside a tornado. As a matter of fact, it is a beautiful metaphor for what happens, when we deal with language incorrectly. This vortex is a very dangerous, swirling, sucking column of air that rotates around a central axis, which lifts heavy objects and debris off the ground and hurls them through the air with incredible speed and force.

Another ridiculous story, we keep telling ourselves because of our conditioning with DL, is that stillness would do something to us. Stillness is said to give us time and space and we believe it replenishes us. Of course, we are not still, we are never still and that is why, we say, we should be still, more often, so we can sooth our nervous system, have an anti-stress experience, a space to self-reflect or to imagine that we can even hear our own thoughts. None of these meditation methods – to create stillness – work, as the real issue, our almost permanent involvement in DL, remains unaddressed. The real stillness of EL, is simply too much for most people, that is why the thousands of individuals, who, by now – by reading my blog or by having, somewhere in the past, talked with me – have taken note of it, have left it again.

Your stillness has to do with how you deal with your language and the absence of stillness shows, your language is against it. However, EL is not against stillness, but DL is against stillness. Therefore, stillness has nothing to do with the presence or absence of stimuli that affect you. The so-called external environment, which affects your internal environment, is a familiar verbal construct, which prevents you from paying attention to how you talk and use your language in the wrong way. Stillness is about using your language in the correct way. It may sound unbelievable and you must verify, if it is true, but there is only bliss during EL. It is so self-evident,  in EL, you speak with the sound of your wellbeing. This is how this writing about EL and my Language Enlightenment (LE) comes about. Stillness is natural.
